Maryland is coming off two straight wins versus Virginia and Villanova. The Hoosiers remain undefeated on the season and yet to be challenged with an average margin of victory of over 41 points.
Northwestern outshot the Terps 20 to six, with eight of their shots being on goal. Maryland goalkeeper Liz Beardsley kept out all eight, earning the team a draw.
