Early Gopher goals are too much for Terps

Once again the Maryland Terrapins women’s soccer team (7-3-2, 1-3-1) found themselves down early 2-0 in the first half. After trailing Wisconsin 2-0 on Friday, the Terps were able to mount a comeback and force a 2-2 draw. However, Maryland was not able to recapture that magic from Friday as they fell to the Gophers (7-2-3, 3-1-1) 3-1.

After falling behind early 2-0 to Wisconsin it looked as if the Maryland Terrapins women’s soccer team was on their way to another Big Ten defeat; however, a deep goal from freshman Gi Krstec woke up a slumbering Terps’ offense.
